bad service
i purchased 10 days ago. delivery was confirmed for Saturday 21 nov. nothing was done. after contacting and email I received a call Wednesday at 21:00 confirming delivery. I am still awaiting feedback or action. I am an unsatisfied customer which will not use this supplier due to me as client that need to follow up on my order which is unprofessional. order number 40757

We have a number of support tickets that we are attending to and sometimes if you struggle to get through our call centre we recommend to leave message on our website chat system.
