Bad service

I have placed an order with Mr Shopper on the 09/11/2020 for a Scarla desk #40014 which was supposed to be delivered within a week. The delivery was later changed to the 4th December 2020. I did not receive the desk and I requested a refund from Mr shopper on 30/01/2021 and I was sent an email confirmation that my refund has been processed and will reflect in my account in 2 to 5 working days. I have sent 3 follow up emails to Mr Shopper already and I have not received any feedback or communication regarding my refund.
