Bad in fact no customer service at all

I have a very bad experience, bought stuff ln the 11 January and paid a whole R36500, but I don't even know what is happening, ***** gave me a bogus courier and tracking number, last week it said my parcel is in Kroonstad but up to today I have not received it. I'm at their mercies, noone is picking up the phone, I'm just hoping for a miracle, that sucks!
