Bad Customer Service

Worst service ever!!! This seemed like your normal online site and delivery was for the 16th December, got a call, promising delivery 3 days later. Nothing. They have a bogus customer service line the, listing you as caller no 4 then keeps you holding until you are caller 1 then sends you to voicemail. Online chat useless too.
