Bad communication and non delivery
I still don't have my delivery. No one responds to their chat function. When I called them I was told they will send me a waybill number to my email which will allow me to follow up with their couriers I still don't have a waybill number and I still do not know when my order will be delivered or if it will be delivered. Right now I would highly recommend not to shop on Mrshopper

We have a number of support tickets that we are attending to and sometimes if you struggle to get through our call centre we recommend to leave message on our website chat system. May you kindly provide us with your order number and we will get someone from customer care to contact you. We apologise for inconvenience caused.

25 Nov 2020, 21:33order 40978I have left about 5 messages on the chat not 1 response, have sent emails and called 8 times it rings and then no response. I have used your whatsapp no response. The 1 person that I got through to said they would send a waybill for courier to my email at 1041am this morning again after repeated follow up no response. The delivery should have happened today I have taken a day off work to wait for the package and there was absolutely no advice of any changed delivery.

26 Nov 2020, 09:01I would now state that this business is ****, I called this morning at 0852 waited in the queue all the way to the front of the queue and then it rang and the call went to a voice mail and got cut off. What a pathetic service.

28 Nov 2020, 08:55finally got hold of them after sending a treat which I am now left to execute. After spending half a day calling and also trying to get hold of their courier and due to non delivery and non communication I decided to request a full refund. They promised a proof of payment on the 27th and I am yet to receive one.
