Bad bad bad service

I place and paid for an order #39789 on the 3rd November and was promised a delivery date of the 10th November which did not happen. Every time I contacted them which was difficult the delivery date was pushed out further and further. I eventually got fed up with Mr Shoppers promises and lies I cancel the order on the 17th November. It is today the 23rd November and I am still waiting on my refund. "PLEASE GIVE ME BACK MY MONEY"
