AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Pathetic pathetic customer service. My order delivery has been delayed for days without any explanation or communication (im still waiting by the way!!) Customer care line just rings incessantly with no answer and on the one odd occasion when someone did answer the call cut.

Email customer care is delayed and unhelpful. They were not able to resolve the delay on my delivery not expedite it. I requested for a manager to call me back thrice and this still has not happened.

I am still waiting for my order and very frustrated with the delay, unhelpfulness, terrible customer service and absenteeism of management or escalation channels. This is unacceptable. Advice- even if it’s more expensive on other more well known online sites rather purchase there and avoid at all costs.
