As a first time customer, I am very disappointed
I placed an order on the 7th December and was promised that my order will be delivered on the 19th December. I have been trying to contact Mr Shopper about my order with no luck. Every time I try to track my order it shows that it is still processing. I'm not sure how to contact them anymore as they do not reply to emails and the contacted number provided always takes me to voicemail. I wish I had read the reviews before placing my order.

19 Jan 2021, 09:47I would like to thank PayFast for helping me get my refund after waiting more than a month for my order ,with no communication from Mr Shopper as to why my order was delayed. This was my first and last time buying from them.
