Appalling service and lack of communication

I have never before in my life experienced such appalling service. I bought some items for my twins birthday at the beginning of December 2020. They were scheduled to arrive before the birthday, hence why I proceeded with the purchase. I am writing this review on 18 Jan 2021 and they have still not arrived. Not only that. I received no communication alerting me to the delay. I have used the chat function 4 times, I only received a response on 2 occasions. I have called into the call center 3 times, 2 times the call dropped when I got to the front of the queue. The other time the person put me back in the queue after she had placed me on hold to check something. I am so shocked at the lack of proper customer support service and communication to customer.
