AGONIZING EXPERIENCE - PLEASE REFUND URGENTLY SO I CAN PURCHASE FROM SOMEONE WHO ACTUALLY CARES

Please refund me for my order #41311 so that I can rather purchase it elsewhere. I was willing to wait a bit longer due to the good price but your unresponsiveness to all messages is unacceptable and my delivery is now 3 weeks late. I will rather pay a bit more and get SERVICE at least. You don't deserve my business. I would not recommend Mr Shopper to anyone. The experience is way to stressful - even if you do end up lucky enough to receive your goods you never know what is going on.
