ABSOLUTELY ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE EXISTS AT MR SHOPPER , YOU ALSO CANNOT CONTACT THEM

I am appauled at the ZERO Customer Service that exists in this so called retail business . I placed an order on the 2 Dec delivery date was the 16 Dec . Too date I have not received my parcel and this was a Christmas gift for someone . I have called this number numerous times daily *** I’m always no 4 in the queue when I get to 1st in line the person at ext 205 is not available . This is the case every time I call . They are yet to respond to any of my whatsapps on *** , The online support chat no response yet a Craig is online , despite me sending him more than 10 chats . I have sent more than a dozen emails and still no response .Infact the number advertised on their WhatsApp profile says ‘call could not be completed ‘ ***.I have resorted to every possible way to get some sort of response let alone assistance to no avail . This can only led me to believe that this is a **** . I want a response or else I am taking this further , my money is sitting in your bank account let’s not forget that .Infact the amount of time and resources I have spent in trying to get a response from you guys warrants a refund immediately .
