Absolutely TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE service from this company. 5 Weeks and my order has still not been delivered!

Absolutely TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE service from this company. I ordered 3 wireless chargers on the 30th November, and am still waiting for them. I've called in about 5 times. Each time I sit in a call queue for 10 minutes, then finally get through to an answering machine. No one has ever called me back. I've sent emails. NO RESPONSE. I've tried chatting on their website , but NO ONE RESPONDS. I've tried tracking my order on the website, and it tells me it DOES NO EXIST.

I eventually called the credit card processor, and they managed to get someone to call me. He PROMISED that the order would be delivered by the 24th before Christmas. Well as can be expected, IT WAS NOT DELIVERED.

STAY AWAY FROM THEM.
