A NIGHTMARE!!!!!!!!!
A NIGHTMARE! I bought bricks over 2 months ago, no delivery, they do not want to refund, they do not respond to my emails ***, my construction is standing still, I have no bricks to proceed, responsible people LETISHA MUZWAZWA and BRANDON.

14 Nov 2020, 14:03We apologise for inconvenience caused. We always try to provide a better service to customers. However there is so much incorrect information that has been put on this review. The date of delivery for your order was on the 23rd of October for 48 pallets of bricks. We have delivered 30 pallets and there are 18 pallets to be delivered. We have communicated with you on challenges that we encountered transporting the remaining pallets to you and our support team clearly stated that you could also collect the remaining bricks from our depot. You never asked for a refund and you informed us that you could wait. We can only deliver the remaining pallets on 18/11/2020 or you may collect them at any of our warehouses at any time. Alternatively you may send your banking details for a refund of the 18 pallets that have not been delivered. We are sorry for the experience encountered at Mr Shopper and we will always try to be transparent with our customers.
