21 Days given for delivery, yet nothing so far

I placed an order with them on the 7th of December and asked that my desks be delivered on the 28th. It is the 29th, no one has answered a phone call, responded on their online chat or even gotten back to me via email. If I track my order on their site it says "processing". 22 Days later and they still are processing, what I do not know. They have my money and I have nothing to show for it.
