Resonse to Mr Eddie Fourie's Allegations Re Tender Transactions

MR Sekerheid & Innovations (Pty) Ltd responds as follows: MR Sekerheid & Innovations (Pty) Ltd acted as an agent and mediator between the client and SA Legal Team who offered vehicles and other items per tender transaction. The client was made aware of the structure of the transaction even before any monies were paid.

MR Sekerheid & Innovations (Pty) Ltd cannot and will not be held liable for the actions or failure to take action of a 3rd party. We are trying our utmost best to resolve all outstanding transactions to the satisfaction of all parties concerned. Unfortunately we are hindered in our efforts by the involvement of this said 3rd party, but follow-ups are being made regularly.
