Resonse to Mr Eddie Bunge's allegations re Tenders and Other Services

MR Sekerheid & Innovations (Pty) Ltd responds as follows: MR Sekerheid & Innovations (Pty) Ltd acted as an agent and mediator between the client and SA Legal Team who offered vehicles and other items per tender transaction. The cell phone number on the SA Legal letterhead does not belong to MR Sekerheid & Innovations (Pty) Ltd and also not to MR Sekerheid Prepaid (Pty) Ltd. The correct office number for both companies is ********** /0469.

Mr. Dawid Roux as director was indeed not registered as a debt collector with the Council for Debt Collectors. Mr. Roux subsequently registered and paid the penalties as decided by the Council for Debt Collectors. The Council for Debt Collectors also deemed this as an oversight and not *****.

Mr Eddie Bunge was a client of MR Sekerheid & Innovations (Pty) Ltd who entered into an agreement at his own free will in regards to debt collecting, business rescue, legal advice and a tender transaction. Mr Bunge’s business rescue proceedings failed as he did not honour the agreements. Mr Bunge decided on his own to withdraw from the debt collecting agreement due to reasons only known to him. Mr Bunge was referred by MR Sekerheid & Innovations (Pty) Ltd to a reputable lawyer but when the outcome was not to his liking he decided to start spreading rumours about the lawyer and MR Sekerheid & Innovations (Pty) Ltd.

Mr Bunge also referred his friends to Mr Sekerheid & Innovations (Pty) Ltd in regards to the vehicles on tender transactions. Mr Bunge convinced his friends to pay up to R 40 000-00 on a transaction that was only worth R 12 000-00 and he kept the difference of R 28 000-00. This money was refunded to Mr Bunge the same day as payment was received. In our opinion a dishonest company would not have refunded a client but would have kept the money.
