Presenting False Contract / Term of rental agreement

<p>This is one of the most awefull services I received. We wanted to rent a property which this company assisted with. The property is in a terrible state due to lack of maintenance. Everyone agreed that they will upgrade the property to livable standards in a period of 6 months. Nico that works for them phone us and said that we can meet with them on the 17th of June and we can then discuss all information on this property. The apparent boss of Nico (Dawid) was very abrubt and very addement that we must pay the deposit on that day otherwise the contract will not be valid. never the less we signed the contracts and addendums to that agreement. Dawid stood up during this process to go paly with his model trains that either just arrived or was there previously. We manage to arrange for a deposit on the Monday Afternoon. Monday morning the Nico guy phoned me requesting when the deposit is going to be paid because he want to take other people to the property. We stated that we will pay him the deposit, he gave us until the Teusday morning to pay. We did payment on Monday and on Teusday the Nico guy phoned and said that there is a problem with this property agreement, for they can not offer the 12 month rental anymore they can only offer me 6months and then if i can not buy the property then we can not stay there longer. I told him that how can we sign on a agreement and they do not honour that.</p> <p> </p> <p>I tried on many occasions to get hold of Dawid Roux and / or Nico, but their offices send me a e-mail stating that we can not speak to them and they are not prepare to work with me unless I agree to a 6 month contract or an offer. </p> <p> </p> <p>on that same letter they said i must just send my banking details to them and they will pay the deposit to back to me. I did so and today the 23rd of the month we get another letter to apply for the contract to be cancelled and we must now sign this letter and it will then take 3 working days to refund the amount. </p> <p> </p> <p>Up to now we are dreading this company and feel sorry for anyone ever working with them they are surely not professional and must stick to metering and leave the renting agreements to the profesionals that know what they are doing. </p> <p> </p> <p>Please people avoid this company with everything in you for you will have a bad experience.</p> <p>You will never be able to deal with them in a humain manner for Dawid and Nico is both presenting themselves as professionals but on receiving a problem none are willing to face you or even accomodate who you are. </p> <p> </p> <p>Again the company is MR.
