Mr Roofing and Construction / Beaver Projects

Stay away, very far away, from this company and its owner Mr. Neels Esterhuizen.

It has since been two weeks since Neels has been to our property. The works which he initially quoted on and was paid in full is incomplete to date. My yard and my neighbours yard (large tree cut down in the neighbours yard which had overhanging branches in my yard) is a mess. He promises a 10 year written warranty on the waterproofing and roof paint which I still have not received. He does not answer phone calls. The paint on the outbuilding roof has since started peeling, photos sent to him...no answer. Like I said - two week old paint and is already peeling.

I have been very accommodating towards him when it came to payment after we initially agreed on specific payment terms. Every two to three days he asks for money, which was paid to him. When his vehicle broke down and requested another payment, he was assisted with another payment.

He is forthcoming as a true and honest gentlemen. Do not be fooled and taken for a ride like I was. Once the last payment is made to him he disappears.
