Zero Service Delivery or resolutions

Ive placed and order via their online shopping app on the 5th May, expected delivery was the 09th May and I have been begging for my items ever since. I have called them, their courier company Fastway Logistics who refuse point blank to assist me if i don't have a specific number associated with their company to track my order which Mr Price does not give you by the way, so that was a dead end. Every time i speak to a consult via their WhatsApp line I'm told that they will get back to me, which they never do or they confirm my delivery address which they have previously delivered to 5 times in the past 2 years (i went back and checked) and they assure me that they will sort it out and get it delivered to me asap. I am very disappointed I have never experienced this level of service from their online division. I would like my items please or refund my order and let me go elsewhere.
