Zero % Customer service at Mr Price Welkom Goldfields mall

I went to Mr Price inside Goldfields mall Welkom. Stood in the line. A gentleman by the name of Mzwandile (whose name I had to ask because he is not wearing a name tag) just looked at me in the line so I realized maybe he is calling me, maybe he cannot talk. On my arrival he mumbled something about payment in south sotho. I had to ask him to repeat. He again asked me in sotho how I am going to pay. I than indicated with my card. He told me to go back to the line his card machine is not working. Without greeting, without apologizing for his machine, with so much attitude I had to go back to the line and wait again because the people who were behind me got helped before me. Why is Mr Price Goldfields mall putting people like Mzwandile on their till points? He is standing there angry and rude at the world. Why are being abused by your staff members? Is it my fault that your speed point is not working? Please send Mzwandile to the Boitumelo branch to go and learn about customer service with a smile. I am honestly appalled by the service I received today.
