Your typo, costing me

The 2 star rating is for your admin and anything less than 5 stars on admin is pathetic. Seriously. In what universe does one spell Vincent with a "W"? That kind of detail missed on a statement renders a document useless. And then, to try to get it sorted takes forever even though documents with the correct details were submitted in the first place and you have it on file. Get in touch A.S.A.P.
