Your courier service sucks

I made an online purchase paid for door to door courier service only to get a call from Fastway couriers 2 days after the the date that my parcel was suppose to be delivered that unfortunately they do not deliver to my area.. Now I must take an Uber and travel to this secondary location. My address was clearly stated on the order my did they take it knowing fully they don't deliver where I live. MR PRICE please sort this out as I'm not gonna pick up the parcel to any location other than my gate
