You get your order when we feel like sending it

<p>I ordered online 26 july 2017. Paid door to door delivery. Estimated deluvery is 1-3 business days. On 01 august i phoned as nothing delivered yet, told by a lady named Samantha my order is out on delivery and will be received before end of business 01 august. Nothing deluvered. I call again on 02 august and a lady named Theshi GoHovend tells me she will look into it and get back to in an hour. The day passed and i eventually call again back after 16h30. I guy named Sthembiso say he will get Thesney to call me. No call received just an email apologising. My order is not out for delivery yet and i will get back my deluvery fee. She cannot say how long its gouing to take now. My guess because im getting back my delivery fee i must wait until it suits mr price...what a disgrace of service to a client...im am utterly dissapointed as this is a gift bought for bithday dated 31 july..thank you mrp for such horrible experience. </p>
