You don't care about your customers

Really tired of Mrp customer care. I've supported Mr Price for years and they have great clothing but their customer care is totally useless. I've had an issue with them before and now I'm forced to interact with them again since I am unable to buy anything with my account online and the only solution every consultant has for me is to clear my browser. I absolutely hate your customer care. It's almost 2 weeks and there's no solution to my issue.
