wrongfully accused of theft

On the morning of 3/12/2015, my daughter and a friend was at Mr Price and was accused of *****ling a dress, they were taken to a room and other articles was thrown in front of them, pictures were taken and they were mocked , they are minors, imagine the trauma, security was called and they were locked in a room from 10am until 4pm and the police were only notified then, still no parents were notified, when we as parents were concerned about their whereabouts it is only then we learned that they were at the police station, these kids were left for hours with not even a glass of water. I have asked for surveillance footage, but there are none, these kids have to report to court, they are not given a chance to tell their side of the story. They are simply wrong, these are minors and does not even have ******** records, nor any complaints against them, we are all traumatised and need an explanation. Why was no patents contacted and why such insult's, are we building a nation or breaking each other down. We have always enjoyed shopping at your store, but I cant stand to be associated ever again and you failed to discuss or resolve this as adults when I visited your store today
