WRONG ORDER RECEIVED

Very disappointed in Mr Price's service!!!!!!! I ordered a jean online and received a yellow dress instead. This was also a lot cheaper that the jean I ordered. The amount with delivery for the jean was taken of my account. At the end of the month I must pay for this...it's not fair! I went to two Mr Price stores and no one wanted to help me. The one lady at Irene Village Mall's Mr Price had this "don't care attitude" towards me. I also called the call center and I am still waiting for my jean! How hard can it be to send the correct order????????
