Wrong order delivered

I made an online order, and they delivered a something that I didn't even order. Now I am inconvienced and have to go to the store for an exchange. Now I want my delivery money back as they didnt deliver what was ordered I called the head office and spoke to Nizaan, she transfered my call and I have been holding now for more than 20 mins
