Wrong Mr Price online order

Ordered online. Order was delivered but with stuff missing. I ordered 2 of something and there was only 1 in the delivery package. I need this rectified. Tried calling their call centers over 30 to no avail. And the whatsapp line is under maintanance. No contact with them what so ever.
