Worst’s service ever Mr Price

Hello Just feedback from my previous complaint Firstly a woman called regarding the complaint told me to go to another Mr price and open a start up account So i did that Went to Mr price Jacaranda centre A woman helped me to fill in the documents Told me thats good she will sent application in I asked her if she needed my banking statement She said no its not necessary Funny enough 2 days later I locked in to Mr price app Just to notice my application was not even sent in how many more time must a person drive up and down to beg them to do their work Then a a man called me a day or 2 later also regarding the 1 complaint asking me if I received help and told me that they have reprimanded the lady and store manager at gezina branch I explained to him that a woman called me regarding the first complaint and told me to go to another branch to open a start up account I told him i did that and still no answer and that also the lady at Jacaranda also just did not do her job not even send my application in The guy reassured me not to worry he will sort it out and get someone to help me It is more than a week later i had no comeback or help what so ever So if i look at this situation Hello peter helps to post a complaint Then someone will phone you just to acknowledge the complaint give a courtesy call And then that is it !! That is now the help i got Someone to call and say ok so sorry But my problem not sorted out How does Mr price help the customer They have to many customers they do not even care I am so disappointed And will be sure to speak out to any 1 whom i know also I will post on social media about the very very bad service I received from Mr price
