Worst telephone customer service

tried calling the contact centre to query stock of boot, i tried more than 3 times, hold for more than 15 minutes only for them to answer the call and put the phone down, this is really frustrating and annoying, is this the service you provide clients? i just need feedback on the stock of the boot in size 3 - SKU: *** vangate mall mrp. thank you
