it has been two weeks and still no response from you guys , i have been promised a refund of r510 by a consultant and i am still waiting the service is very bad and after paying my account in full this month i will close my account and also advise my friends and family of the horrible service i have received i have laid a complaint on hello peter but no response i call the call center five times a day and that cost money all i get in return is empty promises and consultants that does get back to me i will take this matter further because i have been a loyal customer always paying my account on time and the correct in installment .

first they bill me four months for a insurance i did not ask for then i request my refund and send all my documents and i am still waiting, the service within the call centre is extremely bad and i wont recommend mrp to anyone ever

so please try and get back to me asap
