Worst customer service received from customer service team Accounts had my call dropped by 3 different people Manager never call back Luyanda and thandeka rude and the dropped my call they manger has been in meeting from 12midday until now you fail security questions they request documents to proof your the customer still you don't get assistance so what's the purpose of sending in those documents if you need to be asked those very same questions that you failed on top of that they close your account without your permission they don't need to verify if it's you if you need to close the account only if you wanted to use it
