Worst service Mr Price Menlyn

Good day I'm Melissa I went to menlyn MrRmP fashion to buy my family Christmas clothes which we spent at the store about R6k we got to the till at 17:45 and one of my son's shoe didn't have a price tag.... They called a lady by the name of Lettie and she said she can't find it and said she's going on lunch.... One of the supervisors came and said she cnt find it too then the cashier that was helping me I think it's Basetsana tried searching for the shoe using another one similar like it, she searched by name then by picture on screen but nothing now I really got irritated as the cashier helping me kept calling almost everyone and no one helped until I told her to call the manager.... I was shopping with my family and which everyone was upset and hungry now and I left a dog at home which eats on time but no I was still at the store at 7pm,then finally Lettie comes after her nice lunch carrying a tablet thinking she owns the world coming up to us with attitude not even apologetic or anything she just stood there not greeting me or apologizing she just said to the cashier we don't hv the shoe. I asked both of them what is the way forward cz I want the shoe and I want to pay they didn't have an answer as if I'm the one selling the shoe, then finally after asking for a manager my whole hour and 15min Bridget finally comes... Yoh the service there is absurd and I told all of them there that I'll report them but hey no one cared cz I spent my money there and nothing is done about all this 🙄
