Worst service known to man kind
Im honestly so disgusted in your services! Yesterday my parcel was supposed to be delivered. Yet the courier could not get hold of me because they did not have my correct contact number. So yesterday i spoke to one of your consultants and she told me that she will send my correct contact number to the courier. Only for me to call the courier MYSELF now and hear that nobody has sent them the correct contact number. WHY AM I DOING YOUR JOB FOR YOU??? Its honestly pathetic ! If my parcel is not going to be delivered today I WILL NOT PAY FOR IT. And still i am waiting for one of YOUR consultants to get back to me. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE RECEIVED EVER IN MY LIFE!
