Worst service in the world. Zero stars.
I have had such terrible experience with my first online purchase. I had an error on my mobile number and only noticed when it came to the delivery. I updated the website and contacted customer support on WhatsApp and also by phone to correct this. The delivery was supposed to take place on Monday the 22 August and after talking to, texting and calling, I have still not able to have my parcel delivered. They keep saying the courier has been given the new number but apparently not! This will definitely be my first and last order with this awful company. My friends and family are now also never going to purchase from you either. Awful just awful.!!!

Still no contact from Mr Price and still no delivery. You are definitely running a circus and not a business. Even a circus is better managed. Customer service is key to retaining customers and not just cheap and cheerful prices.
Just get my order delivered. It’s simple!
