Worst service from Mr Price Online

Had a bad experience with an online order on the 5th September. I ordered online my order was cancelled however the transaction went through. Called their customer care spoke to Sthembiso Ndlovu he said he will send an email where I should send the proof of payment till today I'm still waiting.. I called again on the 7th spoke to Nqobile who was very rude and unprofessional couldn't assist me. She said I should send proof of payment which I did AGAIN still nothing.. I'm so disappointed with the service from Mr Price and the customer care agents!!
