Worst service from Mr Price Glen mall!

I received the worst service from Mr Price Glen mall! Waited more my lay-bye for over two hours and nobody bothers explaining anything. When asking the staff members about the issue they were so casual about it. How can they not find anything wrong with the system they using currently? I mean I provide a service where I work but customers come first and should never be inconvenienced. Soweto has to be the worst!
