WORST SERVICE FOR A REGULAR ONLINE SHOPPER

On the 30th November 2020, I ordered a dress from Mr Price. I selected Pargo as my courier because the delivery time was an estimate of 3 days. I tracked my order till this day and I'm not getting a desirable response. I would like to know whether my dress will be delivered or if I will be refunded because this is absolute nonsense.
