WORST SERVICE EVER

I went to Mr price at forest hill today iyo I got the worst service ever I ask help from a lady called Lorraine to get some clothes up on the rack it was the hook that is very high en she told me to help myself and I told her it was her job to help customers and she said no I should not come to the shop if I cant help myself. I then went to the store manager and to complain but when the manager called her to apologize to me she told her manager that I need to apologize for telling her it was her job to help me,at the end she didn't even apologize to me I will never go to that shop.
