worst service ever

Never in my life will I ever recommend this company for anyone I had covid 19 and was not abel to go to the branch to pay my account I tried numerous times to phone mp price to make an arrangement with them to pay online every time I phoned I was put through to one advisor to the other and eventually the line will cut eventually someone came back to me they gave me the banking details and I made a payment immediately also keep in mind I never mist a payment before on any of my account ever today when I tried to open account i was advised that I can't do that because there are a default against my name I never even knew about the fact that they did this they didn't even keep in mind that I was very ill and that's why I was not abel to pay on time next time I will rather come in and give all of you covid as long as my itc still stays in check this company has no heart I tried numerous times to phone jou guys today but what a surprise that you're lines are off i also have insurance with you and what a surprise that when I tried to claim you guys gave me absolutely no assistance in fact I am still waiting for some one to send me the claims document so I can try and claim fyi this was almost 2 months ago this will definitely be taken further
