Worst service ever!!

I am late with this review as im been in and out hospital with my son at the time, i went into vangate mrp on 2/12/23 ithe shop was very full i was in a hurry as i need to rush back to hospital to my son however i needed to purchase 1 item cash , i TRIED speaking to shante she looked me in my face and looked away and walked away, i was like hello? but this woman just ignore me and walking away again, i tried called her name but she just ignored me , i then managed to speak to the manager explaining my situation she gave me worst attitude ever as if i took there personal belonging off them i felt so bad , she then grabbed my money out my hand and said it wont happen again and walked away, OMW the worst service ever!!!
