Worst service ever!

I had two very unpleasant experiences with Mr Price this past month, one which is still ongoing. First one...I ordered trainers and a pair of earrings. I never got the earrings and requested that they either credit my account or get me the earrings. They referred the matter back to the shop manager who will phone me regarding this matter, but I am still waiting till this day...... The second one is probably the worst service I have ever received from Mr Price. I placed an order on 13/09, asked for delivery to the store which usually takes 4-6 working days. On 23/09 I contacted a consultant via the chat option online and asked when will I receive my order. This person told me on SATURDAY. When I did not receive a notification that my order was at the shop, I decided to do an order tracking via Whatsapp. It showed the order status as PROCESSING. With frustrations running high, I asked to chat to a consultant via Whatsapp. After giving her all the details, she informed me that she sent an email to the warehouse TO PROCESS THE ORDER FOR SHIPMENT. She also told me that THE WAREHOUSE SHOULD REPLY ON MONDAY, which means that I will probably receive my order after 4-6 workings days. That will be almost 15 workings days after I placed my order...almost 3 times longer than Mr Price's stated delivery time. I was a regular online shopper at Mr Price, but after this experience I am very reluctant to ever use this option again!!
