Worst service ever!

Shocked by your customer service or lack of customer service. My daughter ordered via your app - when we checked the tracking her order was returned due to the address not located (yet you have delivered to the exact same address in the past) No phones call, no feedback, I had to contact customer care 3 times. I have requested a manager/supervisor to call me twice now and guess what no calls again! Very unhappy customer.
