Worst service ever

Nosipho called me last week to find out when I will be paying my outstanding amount of R900 on the account. <br> <br> She spoke to me as if I owe her, and was unproffessional to be polite. I then asked her to call me on my cellphone and she said for what because you are not answering our calls. Who does she think she is speaking to a customer like that. Mr Price may sell clothing at a low price, but there is no need for its employees to behave low class.<br> <br> This morning, after having made full payment I receive an sms to tell me to make payment. I call the contact centre and am told that eft payments take 3 working days. Now where is the common sense in sending the sms if the 3 days hasnt passed. Even though I am closing this account, bad service and attitude should not be tolerated in any form what so ever. <br> <br>
