Worst service ever!

I have always been a big MRP fan but I'm never going to shop there again.

On Friday I bought some shoes on the app. I wanted to deliver to the store in town, but it did not show up op the app. I contacted a agent and they advised me to let it ship to any other store and then email MRP to have the address changed . They let me know that the MRP can't change the order and that it had to be canceled. After the agent told me this was all my fault and there is nothing they can do I agreed that they can cancel the order. Monday morning I was notified that the order was shipped, but there has been but in a request to cancel it.

I have not been contacted by anyone that is willing to help me. This is just very bad service and at this point I don't think I will ever seen my order.
