Worst service ever

Centurion is the worst place that you can do your shopping there's no assistance I literally stood for 20 minutes in the que wanting to pay I finally gave up and left just when I pass the jewelry stand I heard there cashiers laughing and Peter the Manager/supervisor can't control them cause only 2 cashiers were working while 3 where chatting I'm highly disappointed and furious cause I really needed that item, I understand my 2 cents don't make a difference, but please train your staff in customer service!!!!
