Worst service delivery @ Mr Price

Ordered online on just after Black Friday, order was to be delivered 8/12/25, today when I called was told my order has been sent back, they had my contacts but no1 called and everytime I called the customer services their agents are so unhelpful & rude . Same as their online agents.so disappointed and disgusted with the services, worst experience ever now have to run around with last minute shopping for the kids, disgusted.
