Worst service!!!

I am so disappointed in MRP!!! I wanted a dress thst sold out online but a few of your stores show stock. I drove to Cresta and the dresses were sold out even though it shows stock. I accepted this could be a delay in updating stock so I called the head office to ask them to check for me as they are usually up to date. The Glen Mall branch had like 25 of these dresses in stock but when I went there noone wanted to help me find it. They checked their system for stock and it showed the dresses were in the store but they just didn't want to look. I am actually very angry. You should get me the dress and mail it to me or to my closest store. I drove 39km to get this dress and this is ridiculous.
