Worst quality clothing - no response for customer service

Out of 5 item purchased at Mr Price Clothing I would have to return at least 3 items due to it being faulty, embellishment falling off or stitches becoming undone. I have purchased bra's that either have faulty or missing clasps and am not stuck with bra's that I spend pretty penny on that I can not return or wear. Last week I purchased a dress only to be mortified the following day at work when the stitches came undone. I have called the store and they said that they will not return it as I have worn in already and since they don't have another in stock that i should go to another store. I have logged complaints and was told that someone will respond to me within 48 hours but it has been a few days. Neither the store nor the customer service center wants to take responsibility for this
