Worst online shopping experience ever

Worst online shopping experience!!, I placed an order on 1 May 2020, after 2 weeks of not receiving any information regarding my order, I went on to Track My Order to see that it was shipped to a Durban address which was not the address I typed when placing my order. I phoned customer service and the lady redirected my order to my address in Cape Town. A week later I went onto Track My Order just to see that they shipped the order to the same Durban address. It is 21 May can I please have my money back.
